Jacketed Flat Ribbon Cables

3M Jacketed Flat Ribbon Cables are designed to provide robust protection and reliable performance in a variety of electronic applications. The jacketed ribbon cables offer enhanced mechanical protection and environmental resistance while maintaining the flexibility and space-saving benefits of flat cable design. The outer jacket provides excellent protection against abrasion, moisture, and other environmental factors, ensuring long-lasting performance. Typical applications include industrial electronics, computer systems, telecommunications, and industrial equipment.

High-Density I/O Connectors & Assemblies

3M High-Density I/O Connectors and Assemblies are based on the long-established Delta Ribbon Centronics®-style Mini Delta Ribbon (MDR) System. The Mini Delta Ribbon (MDR) Connectors are a half-pitch interconnect system designed to meet the needs of high-speed/density I/O applications. The MDR system offers a proven solution that provides shielding against EMI/ESD and reliable connection through the pre-loaded ribbon contacts, as well as 0.050" centerlines. The MDR connectors and assemblies allow mass termination through IDC U-shaped contacts and offer a wide range of pin counts and form factors to enable design flexibility.

Cable for MDR Plugs

3M offers a range of Round Shielded/Jacketed Discrete Wire Cables (e.g. 3600, 3647, UK-C Series) for MDR plugs. Available options accommodate 14 to 100 conductors, voltage ratings of 150V and 300V, and cable lengths from 100ft to 1000ft.
