The liquid cooling lineup includes chillers, flow meters, industrial cooling distribution modules (iCDMs), leak detectors, heat exchangers, heat sinks, and a generous variety of cold plates. This complete product offering from ATS is designed to address the most demanding thermal challenges.

ATS-CP IGBT Liquid Cold Plates

Advanced Thermal Solutions (ATS) ATS-CP IGBT Liquid Cold Plates feature an innovative, internal mini-channel fin design for unmatched thermal performance. The series offers a 30% or greater improvement in thermal performance compared to commercially available cold plates. These lightweight IGBT cold plates offer a maximum pressure of 60psi. The ATS ATS-CP-1000 cold plate, at a flow rate of 4L/min, transfers 1kW of heat at a 5.5°C temperature difference between the cold plate base and inlet fluid temperature. If the coolant has particles, a #60 filter or finer is recommended to remove possible particles in the liquid. Applications for ATS ATS-CP IGBT Liquid Cold Plates include automotive, wind turbines, power electronics, utility vehicles, and more.
