Alpha Wire EcoGen

EcoCable®

Alpha Wire EcoCable^® is 100% recyclable with modified polyphenylene ether (mPPE) jacketing and insulation. This material provides the advantages of a smaller, lighter control cable that can handle temperatures from -50°C to +105°C. Alpha Wire EcoCable is up to 47% smaller and up to 65% lighter than PVC cable while meeting RoHS and WEEE requirements. These cables do not contain halogens, phthalates, or heavy metals, and are available as unshielded, braid shielded, or with Supra-Shield^® foil + braid shield.

EcoGen™ Wire & Cable

Alpha Wire EcoGen™ Wires and Cables are the next generation of eco-friendly, high-performance products that provide better performance in a smaller package. All EcoGen products contain no halogens, phthalates, or heavy metals. These wires and cables meet RoHS and WEEE requirements and feature modified polyphenylene ether (mPPE) insulation and jacket materials. The dielectric properties of mPPE lower the wall thickness while maintaining the same electrical properties as thicker PVC control cables.
