Xtra-Guard® Flex TPE Cables

Alpha Wire Xtra-Guard® Flex Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE) Cables combine continuous flex performance with physical toughness to create a reliable and robust solution. These cables are rated for 1M flex cycles and feature a TPE jacket for increased ruggedness over polyvinyl chloride (PVC) alternatives. The jacket also provides maximum resistance to oil, sun, and flames. Alpha Wire Xtra-Guard Flex TPE Cables are offered with a PLTC or TC rating, and they can be run directly from a cable tray to the device, reducing installation time and minimizing costs. This cable series is designed to deliver high performance and reliability in flexing applications such as motion control and manufacturing/robotics.
