Pulse Width Modulation Amplifiers

Apex Microtechnology Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) Amplifiers are cost-effective solutions for motor control applications. The Apex Microtechnology PWM Amplifiers can connect directly to an embedded microcontroller and digital signal controllers. The devices have variable switching frequencies and high-voltage operation.

SA12 200kHz Switching Frequency PWM Amplifiers

Apex Microtechnology SA12 200kHz Switching Frequency PWM Amplifiers are 15A, 200V amplifiers that deliver up to 3000W to the load. These devices switch at a very high 200kHz frequency and are internally generated via a clock input stage. This feature divides the internal 400kHz oscillator by two while requiring no external components. External oscillators may be used to lower the switching frequency or to synchronize multiple amplifiers. The SA12L delivers an even higher switching frequency performance over an extended temperature range -40°C to +85°C.
