Precision Reference Devices

Apex Microtechnology Precision Reference Devices provide ultrastable sine wave outputs and a temperature coefficient over the full military temperature range. Accuracy improvement of the Apex Microtechnology Precision Reference devices is possible through a unique proprietary multipoint laser compensation technique. Significant improvements have been made in other performance parameters, including warm-up drift, line regulation, and long-term stability.

VRE310 +10V Low Noise Precision Voltage Reference

Apex Microtechnology VRE310 +10V Low Noise Precision Voltage Reference is a low-cost, Zener-based precision voltage reference. The VRE310 provides an ultrastable +10V output with ±1.0mV (.01%) initial accuracy. Accuracy improvement is possible by a multipoint laser compensation technique. Other improvements include warm-up drift, line regulation, and long-term stability. These improvements make this series accurate and stable in an industry-standard 8-pin SMT or DIP package. Temperature coefficients are as low as 0.6 ppm/°C over the full industrial (0°C to +70°C) or hi-rel industrial (-40°C to +85°C) temperature range depending on the model and grade. The Apex Microtechnology VRE310 is housed in a surface mount 8-pin package or a thru-hole 8-pin DIP package for maximum long-term stability.
