598 SMD White Color LEDs

Dialight 598 SMD White Color LEDs feature up to 160° viewing angle, up to 20mA test current, and 450°C/W thermal resistance. These LEDs also feature up to 3.6V_DC maximum forward voltage, up to 100mA peak forward current, and 10μA reverse current intensity. The 598 SMD LEDs operate from -40°C to 85°C temperature range and emit white color. These LEDs are available in top and reverse mounting orientation styles. The 598 SMD LEDs are RoHS compliant and come in 0603 (with/without dome lens or reflector), 1206, 0402, and 0805 packages. Typical applications include backlighting, signage, appliances, and ambient lighting.
