P1200x Silicon Rectifier Diodes

Diotec Semiconductor P1200x Silicon Rectifier Diodes are standard recovery rectifier diodes that offer low forward voltage drop. These rectifier diodes feature peak repetitive reverse voltage (V_RRM) of up to 400V and forward voltage (V_F) of less than 0.95V. The P1200x standard recovery rectifiers are available in a package smaller than industry standards. These silicon rectifier diodes are capable of providing a high forward surge current. Typical applications include power supplies, 50/60Hz mains rectification, polarity protection, and commercial grade.
