SG-9101 Programmable Crystal Oscillators

Epson SG-9101 Programmable Crystal Oscillators are designed to provide CMOS-type output and feature various configurable spread spectrum settings. These oscillators operate from 0.67MHz to 170MHz frequency range, 1.62V to 3.63V supply voltage range, and provide PLL technology to enable short lead time. The SG-9101 oscillators feature configurable spread spectrum settings like 2 spread-type, 6 spread-width, 4 modulation frequency, and 3 spread profiles. The SG-Writer programming tool allows to program the oscillators’ frequency, output conditions, and drive voltage.
