Beginning in 2010, Harting will change all variants of Han 40 D? and 64 D? to A new design. The material of the parts changes from polyamide to polycarbonate. The polycarbonate material will carry a flammability rating of 94V0 according to UL, which will result in a better flammability rating.
The PE Contacts have been modified with minor changes to appearance and the numbered contact chambers are now printed with improved visibility. All other technical characteristics are unchanged.
