Innovative Sensor Technology Gas Flow Sensors are optimized for measuring gas flow and direction. The product portfolio features thermal flow sensors based on both anemometric and calorimetric principles. The lineup includes the MFS02, SFS01, FS2T, and FS7 series. Innovative Sensor Technology Gas Flow Sensors deliver a response time as low as <0.5ms, depending on the series. Some applications for these sensors are medical, automotive, air conditioning, and building automation.

FS7 Thermal Mass Flow Sensors

Innovative Sensor Technology FS7 Thermal Mass Flow Sensors are optimized for gas flow applications up to +150°C and offer easy adaptation into applications and housings. The FS7 series provides long-term stability, stable platinum technology, a symmetrical heater design, and heightened sensitivity. Other features include simple signal processing, simple calibration, and excellent reproducibility. Innovative Sensor Technology FS7 Thermal Mass Flow Sensors have a 0m/s to 100m/s operating measuring range, 0.01m/s response sensitivity, and -20°C to +150°C operating temperature range. Typical applications include compressed air billing, HVAC - building automation, automotive, medical, device monitoring, and coolant monitoring.
