E364xA Programmable DC Power Supplies

Keysight Technologies E364xA Programmable DC Power Supplies provide superior performance with output power ratings ranging from 30W to 100W, delivering fast transient response. These power supplies specify less than 90ms of voltage settling time at any output load condition with 0.01% load line regulation. The units offer save and recall functions and ensure devices under test (DUT) safety with overvoltage protection (OVP). These power supplies allow remote programming using general-purpose interface bus (GPIB: IEEE-488) or RS-232 interface with an easy-to-use SCPI command set. The E3640A-45A models are single output, while the E3646A-49A units are dual output. Keysight Technologies E364xA Programmable DC Power Supplies are designed to meet the needs of research and development (R&D) design verification, production testing, and QA verifications.
