RobZorb® GDS Dispensable Elastomeric Absorbers

Laird Technologies RobZorb® GDS High-Loss, Self-Leveling Dispensable Elastomeric Absorbers are designed for optimum performance over an 18GHz to 35GHz frequency range for suppression or cavity resonance. The RobZorb GDS grade is a UL-rated, flexible, magnetically loaded, two-part dispensable silicone. Laird Technologies RobZorb GDS Dispensable Elastomeric Absorbers have self-leveling characteristics, which allow the absorbers to become solid elastomers after accelerated heat temperature curing. The absorbers are ideal for telecommunication, security, automotive, and robotic applications.

SoftZorb GDS

Laird Technologies SoftZorb GDS are low deflection force gap fillers that offer easier deflection for use in cavities. This is helpful whenever a lid may potentially contact with and compress the absorber, causing possible damage to other components. These force gap fillers feature high power performance, high magnetic loss, and low deflection force that enables conformability for optimum cavity fill. Laird Technologies SoftZorb GDS gap fillers have the ability to more thoroughly fill the cavity, which greatly increases absorber performance by limiting leakage around the absorber. These force gap fillers are designed for the frequency range from 18GHz to 35GHz. Typical applications include datacom/telecom, industrial, consumer, and automotive.
