PMA5 MMIC Surface-Mount Power Amplifiers

Mini-Circuits PMA5 MMIC Surface-Mount Power Amplifiers are GaAs MMIC distributed power amplifiers operating from 0.01GHz to 10GHz. These amplifiers provide 12dB of gain, +33dBm saturated output power, and achieve +43.5dBm output IP3 while operating from a +12V power supply and consuming 400mA of current. PMA5 Amplifiers are internally matched to 50Ω and come in a 5mm x 5mm 32-lead QFN-style package. These characteristics make it ideally suited for wideband test instrumentation and defense systems that require high operating output power while maintaining very low distortion characteristics.
