WVA Medium Power Amplifiers

Mini-Circuits WVA Medium Power Amplifiers operate over a positive supply range of +10V to +15V, allowing users to choose their desired operating voltage. These amplifiers feature an internal DC-DC conversion circuitry that maintains consistent efficiency over the full input voltage range. WVA amplifiers incorporate several DC protection features, including overvoltage, reverse voltage, and in-rush current protection to stop damage in case of unexpected spikes in voltage during operation. Mini-Circuits WVA Medium Power Amplifiers combine high-frequency operation with flat gain and medium output power, making them suitable for automotive, wireless backhaul testing, and radar/sensing applications.
