MP2162A Synchronous Step-Down Converters

MPS MP2162A Synchronous Step-Down Converters come with built-in internal power MOSFETs. These MP2162A converters operate with a wide input range of 2.5V to 6V and provide up to 2A of output current. These converters have adjustable output from 0.6V at 1.5MHz of default switching frequency. The constant on-time control scheme provides fast transient response and eases loop stabilization. The MP2162A converters feature cycle-by-cycle over current protection and thermal shutdown for fault condition protection. Applications include wireless/networking cards, high-performance digital signal processors, and portable instruments.
