MP28162 1.5A Buck-Boost Converters

Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MP28162 1.5A Buck-Boost Converters are suitable for operating from an input voltage (V_IN) either higher, lower, or equal to the output voltage (V_OUT). The Monolithic Power Systems MP28162 converters are ideal for products powered by single-cell Li-ion or multicell alkaline batteries, where V_OUT falls within the battery voltage (V_BATT) range. Current-mode control and fixed pulse-width modulation (PWM) frequency ensure optimal stability and transient response. The fixed 2MHz switching frequency (fREQ) and integrated low-on resistance R_DS(ON) MOSFETs minimize solution size while maintaining high efficiency.
