MP6530 DC Motor Pre-Driver

MPS MP6530 DC Motor Pre-Driver is a gate driver IC designed for three-phase brushless DC motor driver applications. This gate driver IC is capable of driving three half bridges consisting six N-channel MOSFETs. The protection features are programmable short-circuit protection, over-current protection, adjustable dead-time control, and thermal shutdown. Other features include 5V to 60V input voltage range, fault indicator, low-power sleep mode, and under-voltage lockout. Applications include three-phase brushless DC motors and permanent magnet synchronous motors, power drills, impact drivers, and E-bikes.
