MultiTech SocketModem^® Embedded IoT Cellular Modem and System-on-Modules (SoMs) are fully certified and MNO-approved modules that combine a programmable computing platform with an onboard cellular radio. The SocketModem SoMs are compatible with the Arm^® Mbed™ programming platform, allowing for rapid prototyping, development, and deployment. These SoMs feature an integrated Cortex^®-M4 processor, enabling developers to host their applications and have access to a full suite of interfaces for connecting sensors or other remote assets. The MultiTech SocketModem can be used as an embedded cellular SoM for maximum design and application flexibility and as an embedded cellular modem requiring little or no modification to the existing design.
