S-Series Dual Seal Toggle Switches

NKK S-Series Dual Seal Toggle Switches feature dual protection with an internal O-ring and external rubber washer to achieve an IP68 rating (dust-tight and temporary water immersion). These robust switches offer a quality construction design to prohibit the entry of foreign particles that may otherwise compromise lever operation. Additional panel seal security against wet environments is provided by a waterproof boot at the base of the toggle. The fluid actuation of these toggle switches is delivered in a smooth and sturdy tactile feel. The series is available in configurations with electrical capacities of 15A at 125VAC, 6A at 250VAC, and 20A at 30VDC. These all-in-one switches offer 10mΩ contact resistance, 1000MΩ at 500VDC insulation resistance, 25,000 electrical operations, and up to 50,000 mechanical operations.

S Series Toggles

NKK Switches S Series Standard Sizes Toggles come in low-, medium-, and high-capacity models. Ratings for the S Series range from 5A to 30A @ 125VAC. NKK's design features sturdy construction with high torque bushings and zinc plated steel covers.
