NHD Serial LCD Character Display Modules

Newhaven Display NHD Serial LCD Character Display Modules features a blue screen and a white LED backlight or a yellow screen with a green backlight. It provides 2 to 4 lines of 20 characters each and 5x8 pixels with a cursor, with a transmissive or transflective display mode. The modules use a built-in PIC 16F690 LCD controller for serial communication. This display offers I²C, SPI, and RS232 serial interfaces that require a +5.0V power supply and are RoHS compliant.
