EC™ eConnect™ Pin Fasteners

PEM EC™ eConnect™ Pin Fasteners are engineered to provide superior electrical connections in applications that demand high-quality performance from internal components. These eConnect high-current carrying pins are available in two mounting styles: self-clinching (EPCRB) and broaching (EPFRB). When installed, both types feature joints with <100μΩ electrical resistance and no hot spots or poor conductivity. These electrical connection pins are constructed with brass material for high strength and conductivity and silver plating for low contact resistance. The design of PEM EC eConnect Pin Fasteners eliminates multi-component or complicated assemblies. The EC series is compatible with many industry-standard cylindrical connectors, including Amphenol Industrial RADSOK® SurLok™ Compression Lugs. The eConnect pin fasteners can also be used with PEM fully automated installation systems for an efficient, cost-effective total system solution.
