1SP0335x Fiber IGBT Driver

Power Integrations 1SP0335x Fiber IGBT Driver is a compact, high performance, plug-and-play single channel IGBT driver based on SCALE-2 technology. 1SP0335x is designed for 3300V 130mm x 140mm and 190mm x 140mm IGBT modules. 1SP0335x has a master driver 1SP0335x2Mx-33 that features a fiber-optic interface. Fiber IGBT Drivers can be used as a stand-alone driver or in conjunction with up to three 1SP0335D2Sx-33 slaves to drive four parallel connected IGBT modules. These drivers provide maximum flexibility as the turn on and turn off gate resistors as well as the auxiliary gate capacitor are not assembled.

SCALE-2 Plug-and-Play Drivers

Power Integrations SCALE-2 Plug-and-Play Drivers are complete, ready to use, and tightly matched to a specific device. The drivers cover a large selection of high-power and high-voltage IGBT modules. This includes reverse voltages from 1200V to 6500V. The drivers are equipped with DC/DC converters, short-circuit protection, active clamping, supply monitoring, and more. Power Integrations Scale-2 Plug-and-Play Drivers are stand-alone products; they are not related to the Scale-2+ or Scale-2 driver ICs.
