1SP0335V2M1-65 Single Channel IGBT Driver

Power Integrations 1SP0335V2M1-65 is a compact, high-performance, plug-and-play IGBT driver in 2-level, 3-level, and multilevel converter topologies. This driver is based on SCALE™-2 technology for individual and parallel-connected modules. The 1SP0335V2M1-65 is a single-channel gate driver designed for 6500V 130mm x 140mm/190mm x 140mm IGBT modules.

SCALE-2 Plug-and-Play Drivers

Power Integrations SCALE-2 Plug-and-Play Drivers are complete, ready to use, and tightly matched to a specific device. The drivers cover a large selection of high-power and high-voltage IGBT modules. This includes reverse voltages from 1200V to 6500V. The drivers are equipped with DC/DC converters, short-circuit protection, active clamping, supply monitoring, and more. Power Integrations Scale-2 Plug-and-Play Drivers are stand-alone products; they are not related to the Scale-2+ or Scale-2 driver ICs.
