Preci-Dip 0900-CLIP Spring-Loaded Contacts offer a 5A maximum operating current, 20mΩ dynamic contact resistance, and 20,000 cycles of durability. These contacts feature a surface-mount, clip design, a stainless steel DIN 17224 spring, and integrated multi-finger clips that establish high reliability and electrical continuity between the bodies and pistons. Spring-loaded contacts are more tolerant to misaligned and non-coplanar mating conditions and facilitate blind mating requirements. Preci-Dip 0900-CLIP Spring-Loaded Contacts are designed to fit with most applications, and the length of the contact is adaptive according to the working range from 4.5mm up to 8.5mm.
