Quick Install (QR) Connectors

Radiall Quick Install (QR) connectors are slim-shaped connectors designed for the multipin range. These lightweight and high-performance connectors include two tool-less mechanisms that save up to 80% of installation time. The QR connectors feature a locking device system that helps in tool-less installation on the panel and a slide lock that ensures instant manual mating of the harness connector. The QR connectors reduce harness integration and can replace EN3545 due to the same panel cutout. These connectors offer 1000 hours of temperature life at 175°C and 50,000 feet altitude immersion. The QR connectors are the ideal solution for aerospace and railway applications that face reliability and maintenance issues. These connectors are used in QR mounting on panels, PCBs, and fiber optics.
