SE2438T Smart Energy/ ZigBee FEM

Skyworks SE2438T Smart Energy/ ZigBee Front-End Module (FEM) is a high performance fully integrated module. This RF module includes a power amplifier that transmits up to 16dBm output power and low-noise amplifier with programmable bypass. The SE2438T module features transmit and receive switching function and differential Rx/Tx interface with an integrated balun. The operating and storage temperatures of this module ranges from -40°C to 125°C. Typical applications are smart meters, in-home appliances, and smart thermostats. SE2438T is free from halogen and is available in a QFN package.
