PSAD Super Fast Surface Mount Rectifiers

Taiwan Semiconductor PSAD Super Fast Surface Mount Rectifiers feature low power loss and high efficiency. These rectifiers utilize planar technology and have a Moisture Sensitivity Level (MSL) 1 as per J-STD-020. The PSAD15JH surface mount rectifiers are AEC-Q101 qualified and are designed for automated placement. The PSAD rectifiers come in a ThinDPAK case with a molding compound that meets the UL 94V-0 flammability rating. These rectifiers are RoHS-compliant and halogen-free. Typical applications include high-frequency switching, DC/DC, and snubber.
