The cadmium is only present in the transparent cardholder window and is limited to about 0.2 mg, which is above the regulatory limit of 0.1 mg for this cardholder. This issue should have no impact on human health, as cadmium is generally absorbed in ingestion or inhalation; dermal is not regarded to be significant.
