Texas Instruments LP5817 3通道RGB LED驱动器具有超低工作电流，关断模式下为0.1µA（典型值），启动设备时为0.15mA（典型值），照明LED时为0.2mA（典型值）。Texas Instruments LP5817采用模拟和PWM调光方法来实现强大的性能。每个LED的输出电流均可在0.1mA至25.5mA或0.2mA至51mA范围内以256步进进行调节。该8位PWM生成器可实现无可闻噪声平滑调光控制，实现LED亮度。

IS32LT3175N/P Single-Channel Linear LED Drivers

ISSI IS32LT3175N/P Single-Channel Linear LED Drivers come with fade in/out and PWM dimming. The regulators serve as a stand-alone LED driver-configurable from 20mA to 150mA with external resistors, no microcontroller is necessary. A logic level “courtesy light” signal from the PWM pin can be interfaced to precisely drive the LED channel. The IS32LT3175P obtains a positive polarity PWM signal. In addition, the IS32LT3175N obtains a negative polarity PWM signal. The regulator integrates a 63-step fade-in and fades out the algorithm (Gamma correction). This causes the output LED current to increasingly rise up to the full source value after the EN pin is pulsed.
