TPS56121 / TPS56221 Synchronous Buck Converters

Texas Instruments TPS56121 and TPS56221 4.5V to 14V input high-current synchronous buck converters are capable of producing an output voltage as low as 0.6V at loads up to 15A (TPS56121) or 25A (TPS56221). Integrated NexFET™ Power MOSFETs provide a small footprint and ease of use. TI TPS56121 and TPS56221 synchronous buck converters implement a voltage-mode control with voltage feed-forward compensation that responds instantly to input voltage change. These TI devices offer design flexibility with a variety of user programmable functions, including soft-start, overcurrent protection (OCP) levels, and loop compensation. The TPS56121 and TPS56221 are designed for use in in point-of-load power modules and high density DC-DC converters for telecom and networking applications.
