IHSM Series High Current, Surface Mount Inductors

The Vishay / Dale IHSM Series High Current, Surface Mount Inductors feature flame retardant encapsulant (UL 94 V-0) and complete encapsulated winding to provide superior environmental protection and moisture resistance. Each unit is printed with the model, inductance value, and the date code and is compatible with infrared or conventional reflow soldering methods. The Vishay / Dale IHSM Series High Current, Surface Mount Inductors are pick and place compatible and compliant to RoHS directive 2002/95/EC. The IHSM series makes excellent power line noise filters, filters for switching regulated power supplies, DC-to-DC converters, SCR and Triac controls, and RFI suppression.
