These Single-Pole, Double-Throw (SPDT) reflective switches deliver low insertion loss, high isolation, and superior signal integrity, ensuring reliable connectivity for next-generation wireless systems. The ASWD-S2 RF switches ensure superior signal integrity and reliability, supporting high-linearity operation with P1dB up to 34.5dBm. These switches provide robust RF performance while operating across a wide voltage range of 1.6V to 3.3V and a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
