American Bright LED BPC-817/-817S Phototransistor Couplers feature a 5000V_RMS high input-output isolation voltage, 2.54mm lead pitch, and 200mW total power dissipation. The current transfer ratio of these phototransistor couplers is specified to be a minimum of 50% at I_F=5mA and V_CE=5V. The BPC-817/-817S phototransistor couplers offer a 4μs typical (rise) response time at V_CE=2V, I_C=2mA, and R_L=100Ω. These phototransistors feature 50mA forward current, 6V reverse voltage, and 630V rated repetitive peak isolation voltage.
