CL Ultra-High Capacitance Automotive MLCCs

Samsung Electro-Mechanics CL Ultra-High Capacitance Automotive MLCCs support AEC-Q200 and realize high capacitances in small sizes. These small capacitors feature an X7T temperature characteristic with a -55°C to +125°C temperature range and have a shorter internal path to improve ESL. These automotive CL MLCCs from Samsung allow dense component placement near ADAS SoCs without issue. Users can implement the desired composition in a small space with an ultra-high capacitance range of 10µF to 330µF with a ±20% tolerance.

CL MLCC Standard Normal Capacitors

Samsung Electro-Mechanics CL MLCC Standard Normal Capacitors are broadly available chip-type capacitor that temporarily charges and remove noise in electric circuits. These standard normal capacitors offer various sizes and a wide range of capacities. The CL Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors (MLCC) provide a structural capacity to mount chips on a PCB at high speed. Typical applications include automotive, smartphones, PC, HDD/SSD boards, tablets, displays, game machines, and DC-DC converters.
