MAPS 4-Bit & 6-Bit Phase Shifters

MACOM MAPS 4-Bit and 6-Bit Phase Shifters are ideally suited for use where high-phase accuracy with minimum loss variation over the phase shift range is required. The step size for the 4-Bit Phase Shifters is 22.5°, providing phase shift from 0° to 360° in 22.5° steps. The step size for the 6-Bit Phase Shifter is 5.6° providing phase shift from 0° to 360° in 5.6° steps. These GaAs (Gallium Arsenide) pHEMT (Pseudomorphic High-Electron-Mobility Transistor) devices are offered in a compact 4mm2 Power Quad Flat No-Lead (PQFN) plastic surface mount package, ideal for space-constrained applications.
