P-Channel MOSFETS

Micro Commercial Components (MCC) P-Channel Medium Power MOSFETS feature a low on-resistance (RDS) range from 0.013Ω to 0.52Ω and a high voltage version up to 800V. These MOSFETs utilize advanced trench MOSFET process technology in a wide range of surface-mount packages, including SOT, DFN, SOP, and Dpak. The P-Channel MOSFETs have an operating temperature range from -55°C to 150°C or 175°C.

AEC-Q101 40V-100V Trench MOSFETs

Micro Commercial Components (MCC) AEC-Q101 40V-100V Trench MOSFETs are N-channel and P-channel power MOSFETs that are PPAP capable. These Trench MOSFETs come in trench and split-gate trench MOSFET technologies that provide flexibility. The trench and split gate MOSFETs support high-voltage, including auto power supplies, DC-DC converters, and electric field distribution. These MOSFETs feature Low R_DS(on)to minimize conduction losses, and low capacitance reduces driver loss. The AEC-Q101 qualified MOSFETs are halogen-free, RoHS compliant, and meet UL 94V-0 flammability rating. These MOSFETs are ideal for battery charging, Battery Management Systems (BMS), automotive lighting, Electric Power Steering (EPS), DC-DC converters, high voltage protection, and motor controls.
