MP4473 & MPQ4473 Synchronous Step-Down Converters

Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MP4473 and MPQ4473 Synchronous Step-Down Converters are fully integrated, high-frequency, rectified, switch-mode converters. These synchronous step-down converters are available in a compact 3mm x 4mm 20-pin QFN package, providing a compact solution with a 3.5A continuous output current over a wide input supply range with excellent load and line regulation. The devices offer a fast transient response and good stability. Other features include short-circuit protection (SCP), overcurrent protection (OCP), undervoltage protection (UVP), and thermal shutdown (TSD). MPS MP4473 and MPQ4473 Synchronous Step-Down Converters require minimal, readily available, standard, external components. The MPQ4473 modules are AEC-Q100 qualified.
