RxxP06S & RP-xx06S DC/DC Converters

RECOM RxxP06S and RP-xx06S Single Output DC/DC converters are specially designed to fulfill the demanding requirements of GaN driver applications. The high isolation 6V supply with low isolation capacitance requirements of the high slew rate GaN transistor drivers are fulfilled by these DC/DC converters. Applications for RECOM RxxP06S and RP-xx06S Single Output DC/DC converters include smart grid, half-bridge, full-bridge applications, and power factor correction (PFC) boost converters.

RP-xx06S Single Output DC/DC Converters

RECOM Power RP-xx06S Single Output DC/DC Converters are high-efficiency isolated DC converters in a SIP7 package. RECOM RP-xx06S series is designed to fulfill the 5200VDC/sec isolation and less than 10pF isolation capacitance requirements. These converters offer the 6V output for GaN driver applications and are available in 5V, 12V, 15V, or 24V input voltage options. The RP-xx06SDC/DC converters use a pot-core transformer to physically separate the input and output windings while fitting into an industry-standard SIP7 package.
