XC8x P-Channel MOSFET Power Switch ICs

Torex Semiconductor XC8x P-Channel MOSFET Power Switch ICs integrate a P-channel MOSFET for low ON resistance power switching. These switch ICs feature a control pin (CE) that determines the power switch's state, with logic level selectability between active high or active low. The XC8x switch ICs incorporate current limiting and overcurrent protection features to safeguard the output. Additionally, the XC8107, XC8108, and XC8109 switch ICs offer thermal shutdown, Under-Voltage Lockout (UVLO), and soft-start functionalities, while the XC8102 switch ICs provide short-circuit protection. The XC8107, XC8108, and XC8109 switch ICs come with a flag function that monitors the power switch status. The XC8x switch ICs are EU RoHS-compliant and Pb-free.
