M Series Miniature Rocker Switches

NKK Switches M Series Miniature Rocker Switches feature three panel-mounting methods for application flexibility: flat frame for flush with face/sub-panel, snap-in, and PCB mounts. The switches provide high insulating barriers to increase circuit isolation and add protection to contact points. The M series offers a molded diallyl phthalate case with a UL 94V-0 flammability rating, which is suitable for harsh environmental uses. The miniature rocker switches have epoxy-sealed terminals to prevent solder flux or other contaminant ingress and a bias guard to prevent contact misalignment. NKK Switches M Series Miniature Rocker Switches deliver a high 1500V dielectric strength between the contacts and case due to the frame-clinching capability.

Miniature Rockers: Series M

NKK Switches' M Series snap-in, miniature rocker switches feature high insulating barriers that increase circuit isolation in multipole devices and provide added protection to contact points. The devices have a molded diallyl phthalate case with a UL 94V-0 flammability rating and epoxy sealed terminals that prevent entry of solder flux and other contaminants, as well of prominent external insulating barriers that increase insulation resistance and dielectric strength. Interlocking the actuator block with the rocker and internal guide does not allow diagonal force transmission on the rocker to reach contact mechanism and a bias guard prevents contact misalignment.
