Si86S6xx/Lxx/Mxx/Qxx/Sxx Digital Isolators

Skyworks Solutions Inc. Si86S6xx/Lxx/Mxx/Qxx/Sxx Digital Isolators are a family of robust, high-speed, low-power, multi-channel digital isolators. These CMOS devices offer substantial data rate, propagation delay, power, size, reliability, and external BOM advantages over legacy isolation technologies. All have CMOS thresholds and Schmitt trigger inputs for high noise immunity and only require V_DD bypass capacitors. Data rates up to 150Mbps are supported, and all devices achieve typical propagation delays of 10ns. This family includes SPI and QSPI capabilities with direction control pin options. Enable inputs to provide a single-point control for enabling and disabling outputs. Low-power operating modes are provided to optimize power savings.
