The infrared sensors feature high sensitivity, speed response, and reliability. Additionally, the sensors have a built-in optical bandpass filter.

Asahi Kasei Microdevices Sensor Elements for NDIR-type Gas Sensors are infrared LEDs, infrared sensors, and AFE ICs with a built-in infrared LED driver designed for NDIR (Non-Dispersive InfraRed) type gas sensors.
