Analog Devices Inc. HMC1110 GaAs MMIC倍频器
Analog Devices HMC1110 x6有源宽带倍频器芯片采用GaAs pHEMT技术制造而成。由+4dBm信号驱动时，HMC1110倍频器在71GHz至86GHz范围内提供+13dBm的典型输出功率。相对于输出信号电平，HMC1110的5Fo和7Fo谐波隔离分别为+25dBc和+40dBc。HMC1110可通过集成输入与输出放大器减少元件数量。借助独特的设计，HMC1110倍频器非常适合用于点对点和VSAT无线电应用的LO倍频链。
