HARTING D-Sub PushPull Hoods
HARTING D-Sub PushPull Hoods with a PushPull locking mechanism eliminates the need for screws and easily retrofits existing D-sub interface connectors using special locking-bolts. The D-Sub backshells are designed for durability with over 500 mating cycles and feature versatile integration. The D-Sub backshells and locking bolts are IP30 rated and designed to withstand shock and vibration in accordance with IEC 61373 -Category 1, Class B. These backshells are available in plastic and metallized plastic versions in hood sizes of 1, 2, and 3 for 9, 15, and 25 contacts. The D-Sub PushPull hoods are suitable for D-Sub standard, D-Sub mixed, and D-Sub high density. Typical applications include industrial automation and control systems, transportation systems, robotics, machine tools, test and measuring equipment, and communication infrastructures.
